As Australia’s answer to the Easter Bunny (minus the fluffy tail), bilbies are a unique and beloved species. Known for their long ears and burrowing behaviour, bilbies have a similar role in the ecosystem as rabbits, but unlike their more famous counterpart, they are now critically endangered. Once found across 70% of Australia, bilbies’ numbers are rapidly declining.
To help protect these precious creatures, The Chocolateries is donating 50c from every Mother & Baby Bilby product sold to the Save the Bilby Fund.
