Returns Policy
Thank you for supporting Save the Bilby Fund.
Please allow up to 2 business days for processing and around 7 – 10 business days for delivery, as our shop is based at the Charleville Bilby Experience in regional Queensland.
In busy periods like Christmas, the shipping times may be longer, especially due to Public Holidays, so please keep this in mind.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless the item is faulty or required under Australian Consumer Law.
If your item is damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 30 days of receiving it.
To request a return:
If your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions for how to send the item back.
Return postage costs may be reimbursed if the item is confirmed to be faulty.
